Conference Information

DEPOSITS - in order to confirm convention and group reservations,

we request a minimum deposit in the amount of $500+ (depending upon the

size, number of rooms, and payment plan). Please refer to contract for refund

policy.

SPECIAL REQUESTS -Special requests such as colored linens,

flowers, special entertainment needs, cocktail cruises among the 1000 Islands,

Golf tournaments, fishing charters, etc., may be easily arranged, for an

additional charge, through our Sales Department. Also available are full &

half day trips to a hunting/shooting preserve, scuba diving excursions to some

of the best fresh water wrecks available and casino gaming in the U.S. or

Canada.

GENERAL INFORMATION

COCKTAIL RECEPTIONS - For groups who qualify, we offer a

complimentary, one-hour, bar style cocktail reception on a one-for-one basis -

i.e., as long as the group books a reception of the same format on a different

day.

COMPLIMENTARY ROOMS - Our convention policy is to

compliment one person, one room and meals, for every fifty (50) rooms

registered (American and Modified American Plans only).

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE -

Only food and beverage provided by the Resort may be served in any function rooms. This

includes Hospitality Rooms, Banquet Rooms, and all other Resort-catered

affairs.

SERVICE CHARGE - A standard service charge will be assessed on

all food and beverages served by the Resort.

GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT-Guaranteed attendance

must be provided fourteen (14] working days in advance of the day the event

is scheduled. It attendance falls below the guaranteed amount, the host will be

responsible for the guaranteed number.

TERMS FOR CORPORATE RATES

Corporate Rates are based on room blocks of 10 rooms or more and

subject to resort hosting, food & beverage.

Rooming List required 45 days prior to arrival.

Room Blocks released 60 days prior to arrival.
